The seconde conference was organized in the official hotel Holiday Villa and devided unto 2 parts the first one to introduce the Qatari Gymnasts who will represent Qatar to the ART Gymnastics World Cup which will held during 28-30/9/2009.
Men`s gymnasts: Naser Al-Hamad and Mahmoud Alsaadi both have 19 years old, for the women`s gymnasts: Al-jazy Alhabshi 17 years old, the national coach of the girls Camelia Mindricel decide that the younger gymnast: Miss Shaden Al-Wahdan 14 years old participate at this event out of the competition because she don`t have the limited age to participate which is 16 years old but to have some experience and prepare her next event which very important such us the Arab championships in Egypt next October and the Gymnasiade next December and also the Juniors Asian Championships during March 2010 in Tokyo qualify for the first youth Olympic Games.
Qatar coach Eduard Gevorgyan has said local gymnasts would become richer in experience through their participation in the second Doha Artistic Gymnastics World Cup Series event to be held at the Aspire Dome from September 28-30.
The second part of the conference was devotes for the signature of the contract between the Federation and the sponsoring company of this event which are: Aspire Academy, Qatar Airways, Nestle, Holiday Villa hotel, Haier, Al-Jaber watches and Cleopatra.
