Gymnasts from 10 different countries won event titles as finals got underway at the Doha World Challenge Cup Thursday in Qatar.
DALTON Jacob USA lit up the Aspire Dome with his incredible skills on Floor. DALTON’s 15.475 score (6.7 difficulty) not easily win the First Gold Medal of the World Cup of Qatar, ahead of the World Champion HYPOLITO Diego (BRA) with (15.425) and Japanese newcomer SHIRAI Shotaro (15.025).

Armenia’s Harutym Merdinyan, the top qualifier on Pommel Horse, hit his 6.7 difficulty routine for the second day in a row to win gold (14.775), followed by BARON Matija (CRO, 14.600) and DAVTYAN Artur (ARM, 14.525).

Olympic Champion Brazilian’s ZANETTI Arthur win the Rings with a total (15.725) fellow TOVMASYAN Artur (ARM) second with (15.425) and the Rumanian’s MUNTEAN Andrei with (15.325)

Suisse’s STEINGRUBER Giulia improved to take the gold on vault (14.575 average). Vietnam’s PHAN Thi Ha Thanh delivered for the silver (14.100 average), while BELAK Teja (SLO) settled for bronze (13.912).

DUFOURNET Youna (FRA) took gold on Uneven Bars (13.650) following a hit performance. BULIMAR Diana(ROU) took the bronze medal with a 13.600 in finals, while DIACCI Jessica (SUI) won bronze (13.250).
